What good is a PC with no software? 
A computer can be divided into 2 parts. One part is the hardware. That is the physical components that are made in a factory. Processors, RAM, Hard drives, optical drives, etc. 
The second part is software. They call it software because it isn’t made rather its “created” Software is Windows, Excel, Outlook, Easy CD, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and everything else we need to make that hunk of metal worth something. 
A computer with no software can seem like a paperweight.
