A. If you have an on-site warranty yes. If not you have to bring your system in to be repaired.

Q. How far you do you deliver? A. We will do a local delivery anywhere within a 25 mile radius.

Q. How much is shipping?

A. Shipping depends on location, size of package, and weight. We use a certified scale, so you are never overcharged. For reference, a 17" LCD monitor going to California is about $35.

Q. Are there any guarantees on virus and spyware repairs?

A. We provide a 5 day warranty on virus & spyware repairs. Within that 5 days you can have your system re-installed for free if there are any other problems. POLICIES.

Q. I can't upgrade to service pack two, what's wrong?

Q. How come the website and your actual stores have different prices?

A. The website is more tailored to a global market. In store retail prices are usually a little higher. This is done to bring our online store more inline with other internet stores.
