Custom-PC offers residential and commercial IT support during normal business hours. We operate on a first come first serve basis.To get immediate support you can:

  1. Call any of our retail locations. Give us some detailed information about the problem and we will get you scheduled for a service call.
  2. Fill out our service request form. We will contact you  and set up a time to come out for a service visit.
  3. Have an after hours emergency? We offer after hours service for emergencies. Call any of our retail locations and leave a message in the after hours mailbox. The system will page the on-call tech and we will try to respond within 2 hours.
  4. Are you a customer with a active service agreement with us? You get priority service! Use any of the above methods and let them know you are a contract client and they will schedule you for immediate service.

Symptoms include

  1. black  / blank screen
  2. monitor saying no signal / video.
  3. test pattern on the display

It is either the LCD / CRT, video card,  or motherboard. In rare cases its a software / driver issue. Usually it’s the video card.
