Custom-PC offers residential and commercial IT support during normal business hours. We operate on a first come first serve basis.To get immediate support you can:
- Call any of our retail locations. Give us some detailed information about the problem and we will get you scheduled for a service call.
- Fill out our service request form. We will contact you and set up a time to come out for a service visit.
- Have an after hours emergency? We offer after hours service for emergencies. Call any of our retail locations and leave a message in the after hours mailbox. The system will page the on-call tech and we will try to respond within 2 hours.
- Are you a customer with a active service agreement with us? You get priority service! Use any of the above methods and let them know you are a contract client and they will schedule you for immediate service.
