Custom-PC offers residential and commercial IT support during normal business hours. We operate on a first come first serve basis.To get immediate support you can:

  1. Call any of our retail locations. Give us some detailed information about the problem and we will get you scheduled for a service call.
  2. Fill out our service request form. We will contact you  and set up a time to come out for a service visit.
  3. Have an after hours emergency? We offer after hours service for emergencies. Call any of our retail locations and leave a message in the after hours mailbox. The system will page the on-call tech and we will try to respond within 2 hours.
  4. Are you a customer with a active service agreement with us? You get priority service! Use any of the above methods and let them know you are a contract client and they will schedule you for immediate service.

Computer shuts down

This is usually an overheating problem. Computers have a habit of sucking in all the dust, hair, smoke, and everything else in their environment. All that junk makes it difficult for the computer to cool itself properly.

Shut downs are also caused by defective hardware, and sometimes (rarely) a software issue.

Either way, we’ll figure out which one it is, and have you back up and running!
