Custom-PC offers residential and commercial IT support during normal business hours. We operate on a first come first serve basis.To get immediate support you can:

  1. Call any of our retail locations. Give us some detailed information about the problem and we will get you scheduled for a service call.
  2. Fill out our service request form. We will contact you  and set up a time to come out for a service visit.
  3. Have an after hours emergency? We offer after hours service for emergencies. Call any of our retail locations and leave a message in the after hours mailbox. The system will page the on-call tech and we will try to respond within 2 hours.
  4. Are you a customer with a active service agreement with us? You get priority service! Use any of the above methods and let them know you are a contract client and they will schedule you for immediate service.

Can’t send emails

This problem is usually software related. If you cant get online at all, then you probably cant send email either . Then you should see the page about not being able to get online.

Email is usually pop3, or smtp. The internals of your pc have to be working in order to send email using a client program like outlook, thunderbird, or windows mail.

If you are using webmail (where you send it from within your browser) then that’s a different issue. That one is harder to fix that having a problem with a client mail system.
