Custom-PC offers residential and commercial IT support during normal business hours. We operate on a first come first serve basis.To get immediate support you can:

  1. Call any of our retail locations. Give us some detailed information about the problem and we will get you scheduled for a service call.
  2. Fill out our service request form. We will contact you  and set up a time to come out for a service visit.
  3. Have an after hours emergency? We offer after hours service for emergencies. Call any of our retail locations and leave a message in the after hours mailbox. The system will page the on-call tech and we will try to respond within 2 hours.
  4. Are you a customer with a active service agreement with us? You get priority service! Use any of the above methods and let them know you are a contract client and they will schedule you for immediate service.

Can’t get online

Easy to identify, not so easy to diagnose.

It actually takes quite a few systems all working in order to get online. It’s one of the most complex things a pc does on a daily basis.

You could have problems with your internet service, modem, router, switch, cable, wireless or ethernet jack. Those are just the hardware portions.

On the internal software side we have things like DHCP, DNS, Gateway, winsock, filters, and APIP.

The external software problems can include issues with IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or any of the several dozen browsers in use today.

Beyond those we have the multitude of viruses that can cause issues with any one of those internal or external software applications that will make it so you cant get online.
